We're designing an eco-plant website - learning so much about the health benefits of indoor plants

Indoor air is actually 2-5 times as contaminated as outdoor air: substances such as chemical-based cleaners & air fresheners along with furniture and finishings coated with glues, paints and fire-retardants can pollute indoor air and contribute to poor health over the long term.

But plants will naturally absorb those toxins as well as carbon dioxide and release clean oxygen, making your home healthier. What’s more, studies have shown that plants help improve concentration, productivity and mood and reduce stress. After dogs they’re our best friends! (Sorry cat lovers).
